2. Parent roll size: ≤1500mm x1800mm.( 300mm*6lanes = 1800mm.) Diameter x Width
4. Unwind belt for the parent roll to be on top of the roll instead of the bottom
5. The parent roll is driven by an independent motor. NOT belts.
6. Copy Europe design Heavy duty design Thickened steel wallboard structure to reduce vibration while running high speed running.

2. Folder type: mechanical folding type, 1/4 quarter fold type, 1/6 tall fold dispenser fold.
4. The gap and distance between two folding rollers can be adjustable to fit for different paper gsm and thickness.
5. With 3 sets of slitting blades.
6. With double decks four lines output delivery. (Double decks available)
7. Capacity: About 400m/min, about 1200sheet/min/lane * 4lanes = 5000 sheet/min total, depending on paper quality, gsm and workers operation.
8. With automatic counting unit, every count 1 - 9999 sheet/count. With tissue pop up every count.

C. Embossing Section

D. Napkin Printing Unit (advanced design.)

1. With 4 colors flexo-graphic printer section. (High quality printing)

2. With ceramic anilox printing rollers.

3. Printing unit with driven by timing belts to make printing more precise.

4. Simple and easy adjustment of horizontal and longitudinal registration by turning hand wheel.

5. Both sides of Anilox roll & Rubber roll with buffer for anti-spill cover to stop the ink spilling out of the ink tank and spraying somewhere.

6. The printer is equipped with covers on the in tank to prevent the inks spilling out of the ink tanks.

7. With printing ink reservoir for reserve dropping ink and avoid ink dropping on machine or place to keep environment clean.

8. Casting iron forming foundation. Floor-standing thickened Wallboard structure (complete plate) to ensure high speed stable running no vibration.

9. With one set of heating device (Dryer) for heating the napkin to make the printing LOGO dry fast.
