Adopting packing way by wrapping, folding and sealing with compact
structure, it makes the package look beautiful and
the seal tightened.
Controlled by stepless speed regulation, touch screen and PLC, the
display on the human-machine interface makes maintenance more
simply.
Applied with auto-arranging feeding conveyor, it is convenient to
connect the conveyor with automatic production line, saving the
labor
cost to the maximum.
It saves much packing material by means of photocell checking,
servo tracking, and auto-stop of film feeding without product.

1. Packing material: CPP with thickness 40 - 45 microns Other
requirements to be specified.
2. Packing film size:MAXφ300mm,width 400-600mm,thickness 40 - 45 microns.
3. Tissue packing size:L100-200mm * W100-140mm * H40-100mm. Other sizes to be specified.
4. The packing size can be changed from one fixed size to another
by changing the packing mould within specification above.
5. Various packing size can be changed quickly among different
tissue sizes(need different moulds).
6. The machine is equipped with 2 different moulds for 2 sizes.
7. Sealing type: hot sealing and envelope type.
8. Control:
PLC programmed control, Siemens or Mitsubishi
Inverter for variable frequency speed control,
Touch screen for operation

9. The packing machine can be connected to the log saw to form an
automatic production line, saving much laboring cost and increase
the production efficiency.

controlling, touching screen and PLC.

12. Equipped with automatic lubrication system. You can set the
machine lubrication interval and lubrication time.
