Description:
This fully automatic tissue paper making machine, tissue paper
converting machine is a multifunctional machine to make toilet
paper, hygienic bathroom tissue, maxi roll, industrial roll, JRT,
HRT, hardwound roll, hand towel roll, bed sheet roll, hospital
roll, airlaid nonwoven rolls with steel to rubber full embossing,
edge side embossing, color printing, point to point lamination etc.
It has on-line slitters. The jumbo rolls go through the machine and
comes out finished rolls already cut, embossed, printed etc. no
need extra cutting machine. It is a low cost small scale economical
tissue paper converting machine.

or other tissues (Other material like nonwoven/airlaid to be
customized)

D. Rewinding Section
a. Adopt expandable pneumatic shaft rewinding system.
b. Manually feeding paper cores on the pneumatic shaft.

d. With automatic perforation system: Perforation size is
adjustable.
e. Perforation system can be switched OFF or switched ON. Able to
produce rolls with perforation and without perforation.
f. With automatic finished roll tail trimming and sealing system.
E. Full Embossing Section (New technology copied Italy)
a. With 1 set of steel-to-rubber full embossing unit. (Embossing
pattern provided by the buyer or recommended by us.)
c. Embossing tension is adjustable.(Micro adjustment.) so that the
machine can work with papers with different quality and different
gsm.
d. Floor standing wallboard structure (thickened full steel plate
support structure); to make sure the machine will NOT vibrate when
running at high speed. Other companies adopt half steel frame for
upper part and half steel part for lower parts, which is weak
structure.
e. Crown on the embossing rolls.
